From the "Coastal Journal", which is part of the Portland (ME) Press-Herald, from October 13, 2006:

Joshua [redacted], age 18 of Phippsburg, was arrested for Unauthorized Taking. [He] picked flowers from displays along Front St.

And I thought we had serious crime problems in Detroit....
