After much strenuous research (mainly looking in the help files), I was able to figure out the procedure (basically clearing a checkbox) that would allow anyone to leave comments, not just Blogger members.
So, for those who don't want to share any more personal information than is absolutely necessary (and I include myself)... have at it.
Of course, if you feel you just HAVE to leave your ATM card number and PIN.........

There isn't? OK, rant on. I always enjoy reading your taut texts. In an earlier age, I guess you could actually get paid for writing. Except that you are so politically outre that no one would publish you.
